has anybody experience in integration Jira Service Desk with an phone system?
My vision is that a ticket is automatically created, when a user calls the help desk, including the contact details.
Within the marketplace, there is also an app called Callcenter for Jira Service Desk:

Does anyone have experience with this app? Would this fit my vision?

I'm also looking for something like this - but we're using the Cloud version of Service Desk and I can't find a solution at present.
