PagerDuty- Jira Service Desk Integration

I have integrated pagerduty with JSD. When I change the priority of tickets on pagerDuty  , I should see the same priority on JSD which is not happening.

I have another question. I don't think there was any feature of Reopen of an incident in pagerDuty. Why do I see it while configuring PagerDuty plugin on JSD
