Hi
We configured the rule for Outlook, which automatically forwards the email to Jira, but unfortunately, Jira did not receive that email.
We need to understand how Jira can receive the email if it is automatically forwarded by outlook to Jira.
How do you know it wasn't received? Did you check project settings > email requests and view the log?

Are you sure it was sent? Does the exchange server indicate it was sent? Is the "To" address correct? If so then you should see it in the log. What is the from address? Can you add that address as a Customer?

We set up a rule in outlook that whenever our email inbox gets an email in outlook, that forwards it to Jira.
Step 1:D365 F&o automatically generates the email and sends an email to the outlook email address
step 2 Outlook forwarded that email to Jira
Step 3 once Jira receives the forwarded email, Jira will create the automatic ticket creation in Jira.
We failed in Step 3.
Somebody told us Jira not accept the automatic email
