Outgoing Mail works not fine - Unable to run event handler onCommentCreatedEvent: com.atlassian.jira

Hi Guys!

We have some users here receiving no Mail from Jira. In the log files I can find this error message:

Unable to run event handler onCommentCreatedEvent: com.atlassian.jira.event.comment.CommentCreatedEvent

What's the reason for this and how to fix it?
