Hi all
I see that the only way to add a mail server is through (Secure) POP or IMAP.
The issue is that this uses legacy authentication, which will be deprecated in October by Microsoft (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4521831/exchange-online-deprecating-basic-auth).
The recommended way is to use app registrations to provide access to mailboxes.
Is there any timeline when this will be implemented?

to be honest, the community are almost volunteers not under contract with Atlassian. So we have no insight in the product strategy of Atlassian products.
I recommend to search for existing suggestions on https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa.
Eventually staff members will read this question and can give an answer, but I doubt.
