i have tried to create new account in jira but not receiving any mails from Jira for confirmation.
The domain was @edag.com.my
Can you help me to check this, if was blocked or supported.? Thank you!

First, did you check your personal settings, to see if the needed checkboxes are checked like you are the watcher of the issue, assignee to be able to receive the notifications? If that is done, then it is possible that your email address is under the suppression list on the Atlassian list. To solve this, raise a support ticket for them: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
