Not able to login into jira

Hi Team,

I am not able to login into jira with LDAPP authentication.But able to login with local user name and password.

See attached error meassage that I got while login with LDAPP authentication.

Can you please help, how to fix this

Have you checked the log file already which is located in <JIRA_HOME>/log/atlassian-jira.log file? You should have more information there.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
