When users respond to comments via email in service desk project they do not appear on the issue. I looked at " email requests" in project settings and i see a button that says "Turn on email support" but when it click it it does nothing. global email settings are all default to use cloud email server.
Can you share a screenshot of the Email requests screen (obfuscate your emails). Have you verified the users permissions? I assume the user is a customer.
