Non-conformities and risk assessment in Jira.

Good day, 

We are responsible for reporting non-conformities, performing risk assessments, and completing other tasks related to ESG/SHEQ in our company. 

We use Jira daily. Can we also register non-conformities and risk assessments in Jira? Is there an additional cost?

You can certainly have dedicated work types for non conformities and risk assessments.
I worked at a company where non conformities were managed in Jira in the past.

Everything depends on what your requirements are to manage them. You can also use Confluence in combination in case you want to use longer and more formal documents with templates for example.

For risks it's the same but you will find a number of specialized apps on the marketplace for risk management.
