Hi @Eman Alfaour ,

For Cloud, the easiest way to keep track of what's changing is to "watch" the following blog.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog

Here Atlassian posts weekly updates on what they are changing on the Cloud platform.

For Datacenter, you'll have to watch the pages of the specific products.

JSW: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-release-notes-776821069.html

JSM: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagement/jira-service-management-release-notes-780083086.html

This way when a new release gets released, you'll be notified and can read thru the release notes of that specific release.

Cloud

  • Standard - you are not notified but you can check what has changed by clicking on the "?" icon and select "find out what's changed".
  • Premium/Enterprise - you have the option to control updates

Data Center - you can manage upgrades

I am unsure if any email notifications are sent with release info for DC.

@Eman Alfaour -

In addition to what @Dirk Ronsmans and @Jack Brickey mentioned, you can also proactively check Atlassian's roadmap link to see their roadmap activities and plans for JSM and JSW on major functionality -
