Dear support,
at MSF we have one service management project and 5 next-gen projects. Some of the service desk projects are linked to next-gen project tickets.
I need to automate that a notification is sent to the service desk ticket reporters when the status of the linked next-gen project tickets is changed.
In the documentation online I found that there is such an out-of the box rule, but I do not see it in our current Automation library in our service desk project.
I don't know how to set up this rule myself. Could you please advise?
