My Jira sever email request account doesn't creates issues correctly after reciving emails from users. Problem comes from an email requests account. After testing, we detected that when the email request account recived a message, sometimes it created an issue correctly, but other times it didn't. In both situations, the email request sent the notification as that creation was successful. When creation fails, the email doesn't creates an issue, and it send a wrong issue key for the notificatication. That key is not correlative to the number Jira would play, and also, when you check that issue key number, is not the ticket you was expecting, but it has the correct description. By last, the key number describes another issue that already exists. Any suggestions to solve this problem?
