How can I separate multiple helpdesks with permissions?
User A should only see Helpdesk for CustomerA not the other 2 helpdesks.

For projects to be restricted to specific customers, it's necessary to set the permission to "Customers my team adds to the project".
When the project is closed, only customers manually added by agents and admins will be able to see the project in the customer portal.
For classic projects:
Project settings > Customer permissions > Who can access the portal and send requests to SD project? > Customers my team adds to the project > Save.
For next-gen projects:
Project settings >Channels > Customer permissions > Who can access the portal and send requests to SD project? > Customers my team adds to the project > Save.
Changing this configuration will make user A only see the project where they were added.
