Hello,
I have created multiple Service Desk Projects in Next-Gen format. I also added Service Desk Agents in these projects but they all can view other Service Desk projects settings even though they aren't added in the other Service Desks.
For example I created John Doe as an agent in project Communications. In project Finance and Human Resources John Doe can view/access the project settings even though he is only an agent for the Communications project. Is this a Next-Gen bug?

@Fahad Siddiqui they are member of jira-servicedesk-user and agent of the project but not the other projects they can access/view.
Can you please check if the user's are added in the groups? were you have given permissions
