We would like to make sure that our signature and the banner (colours, logo + info) to appear for each emails sent from us through Atlassian. It seems that there is some confusion from our customer and it would help to set it up.
How could we set it up ourselves?

Hi, how do you send the emails?
Have you take a look at Customer notifications -> Edit templates? You can change them from there.

1) Select Customer Notifications
2) Click on Edit Templates & modify to customize the email template
