Modify Service Desk Customer Login Text

I'm trying to modify the text on the customer service portal login as shown in the attached screenshot. I tried modifying the sd-i18n.properties in the installed-plugins folder as suggested in forum posts for older versions of JSD, but this doesn't appear to work in JSD 3.16. Any suggestions?

Currently, it's not possible to change the text on the login page. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

In line with our Feature Request Policy, we'd suggest you vote for it as well as setting yourself as a watcher in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.

so just to confirm, with prior versions of JSD this could be modified by changing the sd-i18n.properties file within the JSD.jar but this no longer works. Just need confirmation to relay this information to others involved in our deployment

Hi Nate,

The feature is from 2014, so if it used to work, it was a long time ago.
Checking the comments on the feature, some customers shared how they were able to workaround this, maybe it can also help you.
