Missing service desk Custom fields in my Custom fields list..
Fields like Approvals, Customer Request Type , Organizations, Request Participants...
How to retain those fields..
FYI, I have installed Jira Software first and after that from the Applications page I have installed Jira Service Desk. After that I have restarted the server.
