Hello,

we are currently using Jira 7.3.0 including Service Desk as add-on 3.3.0 on our own Ubuntu 14.04 server.

After installing new Ubuntu 18.04 server with stand-alone instance of Service Desk 3.15.3, we would like to migrate data (this means one specific project) from old Service Desk (add-on) 3.3.0 to this new instance...

What are necessary steps to do this?

Thanks for any answer.

Regards #Jaroslav K.

And isn't it possible without third-party applications - just using Jira or Service Desk tools itself? Thnx #JK

No, Jira does not have migration tools, it expects you to install it and use it in one place.
