Microsoft 365 as a service in JSM

Paul TEODORESCU October 25, 2024

Hello,

What is the recommendation to enter M365 as a service in JSM - as "the whole offering" or each feature as a service (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)?

If M365 is the IT service, how do I enter each feature (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)? As a sub-service?

Thanks

Hi @Paul TEODORESCU

Welcome to the community!

You can create a sub-service object that links to the main service.  Look at this example in this tutorial:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oRZhGGB-ns

Or the other options would be to have them names with the prefix M365-word, MS65 Outlook, etc.

Regards,

Fabian
