Hi all
I'm brand new to service desk. We try to setup a service desk for our customers. The basic setup has been done so far, Projekt for the customers has been created.
But i'm still struggling in the mail flow, how can i configure the project that a request from a customer will generate a notification mail to a central mailbox? This, because we normaly do not have the service desk portal open every time and we want to receive an e-mail, when a new ticket has been raised.
