Dear community,

normally I am sending an outlook email from a defined email sender and jira creates a ticket.

Since now this function doesn't create tickets anymore. If I change the sender, it works perfectly. There is no error. Mails from outlook are sending.

any ideas?

Hi @Dominic Herzog

Welcome to the community.

Is there a 3rd party used for this functionality?

Is so:

  • Check with you instance administrators if the app is still active/installed
  • Is the app license still valid?

Or is this based on the default ootb options?

As it seems (based on the tags on this question) you are not an admin of you instance, contact your instance admins to explain your issue

Hi @Dominic Herzog ,

Welcome to Atlassian community and thank you for your question.

I think the reason is because the sender is not configured in the project, hasn't a valid user or it is not configured in the customer list inside the project

I suggest to check this points.

I hope it helps

Regards
