When someone mails to issue@(ourdomain), Jira will automatic make a issue for the mail that has been send to it. But there is 1 user and his mails are not being transferred to Jira. I can see his mail in the Issue@(ourdomain) inbox, but it won't sent it to Jira.
This problem is weird from my kind of view, since it should automatically send the mail from the mailbox to Jira. All incoming mails are being processed except his mails.

please verify that user has create issue permission in the destination project.

He does have access, in the past he was able to send the mail to issue@... but since last week his mails will not go to Jira.
As you can see in the screenshot above the mail is recieved in the inbox of the email request, normally these mail should go to Jira and make a automatic issue number.
My own test mail was created in Jira but the mail of him doesnt (see down here)

did you verify that user has "Create Issue" permission. He need this permission in order to create ticket coming from email.
Even if he has access to project but can't create ticket, these email don't generate a ticket in JIRA.

He does have the permission, he used to do it as well. but it suddenly stopped working, its almost like something is blocking him in the Issue mailbox.
He has the same access and permissions as all the other colleagues so the permissions etc, shouldnt be a problem..
I actually wonder if it is a permission problem at all. As far as I know everyone can send something to this mail and it will make a issue.
