Since last jira upate (from atlassian) we don't get e-mail notifications.
Customers get mails, but our service desk users not.
Is there a mail queue? Where we can debug the error?

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same issue and they found that the emails were rejected and they removed this block.
