Looking for recommendations on apps to customize the Jira Service Management customer portal

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance on apps or plugins that allow deeper customization of the Jira Service Management (JSM) customer portal in Cloud.

We would like to customize:

• Visual design (layout, colors, branding, images, fonts).
• Structure and navigation of the Help Center and project portals.
• Ability to create custom pages inside the Help Center.
• Control over which request types appear in each project’s portal.
• A more intuitive experience for end users.

If you have experience with any Marketplace apps that can help with advanced theming or structural customization, I’d really appreciate your recommendations.

For deep JSM customization in Cloud, Refined and Extension for Jira Service Management (by Deviniti) are the gold standards. Refined is excellent for visual branding and creating custom layouts/pages that don't look like standard Jira. If you're looking for granular control over request types and visibility, Deviniti's suite offers great structural flexibility. Both provide a much more intuitive UI for end-users than the native portal.
