Is it possible to log when an agent has opened a ticket?

@Martin Vad Jespersen, what do you mean by "log". The very nature of the application logs every action from creation to closure. Can you provide more info on what you are trying to achieve?
@Jack Brickey by logging i mean collecting history about agent activities. Fx. i want to be able to see, whenever an agent has opened a specific type of issue/ticket.
