I have found an issue with the syncing of searchable users with the user search field. Our LDAP connection sync is working perfectly and new users are able to login and submit tickets with no problems. However, if I try to search for new users through the portal with a user search field that is part of a request submission, the newer users are not showing up.
Can anyone help me out with this? I am lost as to why this isn't working.

I have figured out that it is definitely something with the link between Service Management and the Portal. If I configure the field for default user and search, all of the users will show. Where is the setting to give the portal the same search permissions as Service Management?
I figured it out finally. It had to do with the Organizations and membership there.
