Keep track of search keywords entered by the user

Hello,

I would like to know if there is any way I can keep track of search keywords entered by the user on our customer portal built with Jira Service Management. I would like to see a list of such keywords in JIRA.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can probably look for an addon that has analytic and can track such information within your forms. I don't know of anyone particularly but worth searching on Atlassian marketplace.
