We have JSM data center version 11.1.1 Are boards an included feature? If not, do y'all anticipate that in an upcoming release?
JSM on DC has no board option and this feature will not be included.
Only JSM on Cloud has a board feature.
You just need to create a Kanban/Scrum board and have filter that picks up the JSM tickets.

that may work out .... just was thinking about a straight forward way to rank order tickets (within a specific priority). Any suggestions would be appreciated!
