Jira service desk comments not working in filters

Hi, we upgraded our Jira version in the fourth quarter of last year. After that we have not been able to comment on issues when browsing issues in filters. 

we have different filters for open cases or cases which are assigned to certain employees
from there we can click on the cases in a list and at the bottom we used to be able to comment to each case but now we only have a blank text window with no options and ther is no button to commit what you type in the text field, (enter on the keyboard doesn't work either). but there is a workaround and that is to open each case in an individual window but from there the text field works and you get all the options, but that means opening each case, do the comments needed and then going backwards to the list of cases.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain but I can show you in a demo if you want?

updated the Jira service desk to the newest version and after that everything worked.
