I have noticed that despite specifying certain form fields on the JSM form to link to jira fields (e.g Summary, Description), for some reason, when the form is submitted as a ticket, the Summary and description fields of the ticket are left blank - or if I have added a default summary when defining the request type, that is what comes up, not what has been inputted on the form via the portal.
Can't figure out where exactly this problem comes from.
Also, I specified that the form that has been filled via the portal is attached as a pdf attachment upon submitting the ticket, but I notice that it doesn't always attach the form to the jira ticket
