Our company currently uses HPE OneView to manage its servers and we're using Jira for Service Ticketing. I'm told that the latest versions of OneView have a Remote Support features that allows HPE to monitor our servers and upon an alert condition to auto-open an HPE Service Ticket back to us. We'd like this to go into our Jira ticketing system. Is this possible and has it been done before.
