I cant figure out what is happen with my server. the Jira service Desk is really slow!!
my server only have the jira installed and it is a xeon e5530 @2,4GHz with 16GB RAM.
i have only 42k issues on system.
help me please.

With how much RAM are you starting your Jira. Can you check, if this is fully used (under System Information on System Settings Tab).
