In Jira Servicedesk: how can we have emails that are generated from the agent's comments be sent from the email box we configured (atcliente@ourcompany.com.ar) instead of beiing sent from jira@xxx.atlassian.net?
Note:
Configuration works well for receiving mails from clients to jira, but not from jira to clients.

Current situation:
When an agent adds a comment to a ticket our client receives an email from jira@cobranzas.atlassian.net
Desired situation:
When an agent adds a comment to a ticket we'd like our client to receive the email from atcliente@amtek.com.ar (instead of jira@cobranzas.atlassian.net)
Is this possible?
