We are in process of evaluating JIRA ServiceDesk and looking out for both Server and Cloud options, please help in explaining key points we have:
- Can we link Cloud version to an existing Confluence Space?
- Does Cloud version supports Rest APIs that can be consumed by external applications
- Data limits on Cloud version?
- Customization limits on Cloud – custom fields, plugin scripts, we need asset inventory plugin – can it be used in Cloud version
- Can we built groovy scripts in Cloud version and schedule them in cron to run like in Server version
If you have any extra information like which is better. Please help.
