Jira Service Management form include field with JQL values

Hi

Is it possible to create into Jira Service Management Portal custom field what get value from another project field.

Idea background is in Personal OnBoarding ticket where JQL into this portal field find all open tickets and then from custom field find all onboarding users. So if somebody want to create new issue from portal he/she can choose person ho will onboard soon.

idea is to make automatically linked issue with Personal Jira Software project and with Jira SM project issue.

Is it possible without any add-on or if not maybe Automation for Jira solution or some add-on for last change?

Hi @Urmo 

Unfortunately, you cannot do this natively.  However, you could approach this another way.  Would it be possible to auto-generate a request based upon that JQL?  For example, when the open ticket hits x days before the individual starts, you could have Jira automatically create that Personal Onboarding request.  

Essentially, I'm thinking that rather than having someone generate a request and select the user based upon other requests, it may be possible to simply automate the request based upon business logic.
