Does anyone knows where i can check the specific features of Jira Service Desk by pricing tier? I'm evaluating the implementation of a service desk solution in my company and i need to check the fullfill of certain requirements.

In that list it's not well defined the capabilities of each solution. I've found in other providers a detailed list of features with their capabilities, and i'm looking for something similar in here.

you might try reaching out to Atlassian Support to see if there is a better reference. You can go to the billing inquiry there. I haven't found one but haven't searched extensively. I did find this one blurb...

Jira Service Desk Cloud Standard is the service desk you know and love today. Jira Service Desk Cloud Premium helps teams confidently scale Jira Service Desk across their organization by offering unlimited storage, a financially-backed 99.9% uptime SLA, and 24/7 Premium Support with a 1 hour response time. If you have concerns about downtime or service interruptions, are looking to scale Jira Service Desk across your org, or have a globally distributed team that relies on Atlassian products as mission-critical for success, Premium is a great fit for you.

so the reality is that for JSD (today anyway) the big difference between premium and standard is in the level of support gold vs. silver and a few features as listed in the previous link. But I suspect that the divergence will widen with time.
