when our customers create new ticket there is not any notification for our support team.
Is there any kind of AUDIO or POP-UP notification when someone create a new ticket so that we dont miss them!?

If configured to do so you should get an email notification. Depending on your email solution you would get a pop up. You can also connect with Slack or Teams which will result in notifications based upon you desired options. You also have the option of having agents use the available smartphone apps which can provide notifications when not at their desk.
There is good documentation for notifications available at support.atlassian.com just select the product and platform/version and search.
The Bug Watcher add-on can provide in-app notifications. I don't believe this can do audio notifications, but you could suggest that feature to the developers. Seems like a nice feature to have as another way to not miss new issues.
