Jira Service Desk - approved ticket

Dear colleagues, last two upgrades in Service Desk we are facing an issue.

Once Approver approves the request, the ticket stays in the Waiting for approve status but it also says that is approved. Any further click on the Approve button raise an exception. 

Workaround for this is to click Decline (after the ticket is approved) and then return to In progress, but this is not suitable to us. 

Just to mention, we are using default workflow for request type with approval, and using the latest version of Jira and Service Desk.

Does anyone faced the same issue? And, is there any solution on this?
