When a support issue is sent to Jira Service Desk that has multiple images copied and pasted into the body of the email then the Summary Description in Jira Service Desk only displays one of the images multiple times, instead of all of the images correctly.
The images do display correctly in the 'Attachments' section of the same Support Issue.
Images 1, 2, and 3 are the same image displayed multiple times, while images 4, 5, and 6 are the correct images that should be displayed (showing up in the Attachments section).
When there's more than a file with the same name, JIRA will always refer to the latest file, which is the image that you labelled with 4.
From your screenshot, you can see another 2 images are greyed out too.
Hello Chiou,
we figured out a work-around. This issue happens when you copy and paste multiple images into an email. Everything from that MS Windows 10 copy/paste buffer has the same file name. So the work-around was to save each image with a different file name and attach them to the email instead of pasting the images into the body of the email.
