I have a question about Agent license.
We have a team where agents work for shifts.
So every single user from our team need to have a single license, or they can use only one agent license for a change?

Every user that works on the project must have a license in order to access and work on the tickets. It will not be possible, for example, to automatically remove an account from one user when they log out and then add to another user.
So yes, if they need to access and modify tickets, send comments to customers, they need to have a license.
