Hello,
I have a question, I would like for jira to stop sending me notifications at the specific time, for example from 6 pm to 8 am the next day, is that possible, any ideas?
BR, Olga
Just to add here,
I managed to isolate ticket from 6 pm to 8 am, and isolate notifications, without spending SD licenses, using automation, JSU, so if anyone ever needs a tutorial how I'll write it just post here, it's a long and tricky workaround but it works.
Good to know :)
You mean this plug-in:
JSU - Suite Utilities for Jira
?
Concerning the how-to, I think it would be great to help other people with the same goal. If you have time for that I'd certainly recommend it.

Hey,
Yes JSU plugin pretty useful plugin.
I'll write the tutorial, I just need to put it together, currently, it's a pile of papers and scribbles on my desk, a lot of tests and fails.
Hopefully, I'll be done till tomorrow.

Hi!
That depends on the kind of the notifications you received.
I would recommend creating filter subscribtions:
Receiving Search Results via Email
We can configure them for almost any situation. They are awesome.

That was the idea to receive a filter report at 8 am about issues that were created I past 14h but I would like to automatically disable email reports between 6 pm and 8 am next day

You can adjust notification schemes of all the projects you participate in and exclude yourself from all the events.
If you want to get notifications during the day you can create several filter subscriptions to notify you, let's say, every 5 minutes about all the activity you're interested in. You can configure the schedules of the filters to notify you only from 8 am to 6 pm.
You can also receive summary reports at the end of the day.
There're no email-sending windows as far as I'm aware of.
Hope this helps.

By the way, if the filter is empty you wouldn't receive an email, which is good. Otherwise, it would be overwhelming.
