Jira Portal

We currently use several service desks within Jira each with their own portal, grouped under our company help center which is branded with our company logo. However we are needing to create a new service desk with portal access that doesn't have our logo as we will be working alongside a different company. 

How/Are we able to create this with none of our company branding or can this not be removed from specific portals?

You can’t brand individual portals beyond the logo you can place on the “cards” that represent the portal on the Help Center view. To achieve this you would need to look at an external solution, e.g. Refined Themes. Check the Marketplace. Of course you could develop your own solution and use the APIs. There is a suggestion in JAC (Jira.Atlassian.com) you could search there and vote for it.
