I'm looking for 2 good add-ons for Jira Service Desk - Cloud.

I want an add on for User Management.  I would like to see the date they created their account, their last login date, and the ability to delete users from the system.

Additionally, I'm looking for a good add-on to do dynamic documents.

You didn't specify a format for your document generation need, but if PDF would suffice, one established app you can give a try is Better PDF Exporter that allows you to create custom PDF documents. It comes with built-in templates for the usual use cases but you can also add custom logic and layout if you have specific needs - it's deeply customizable.

You can browse a few sample PDF exports or read more about the Service Desk integration.

I don't think you need any 3rd-party apps:

• user management: this is standard in the Admin menu, you can access it if you're a site admin, see screenshot below. You can get users' creation date by clicking on "Export users":

• dynamic documents: did you give Confluence a try? It has great integrations with Jira Service Desk.
