Jira API which can extract all fields with related type and size of “Issue”, “component” and “version” Entities.

I don't know what you mean by "size" of a field.  As for the "type", the issue is an issue (and it's not a field), components are components and versions are versions.

I think you need to define the question more clearly.  Explain "related type and size" in full
