Dear all,
we currently have setup Jira Service Desk and Jira in our office and we are also able to link issues between those two.
To plan my Team, I need a Kanban/Scrum Board which combines all Service Desk Tasks and all Jira issues from two different Projects.
I know there is always the possibility to create linked Issues from JSD. But that always means we need to do the administrative work twice.
Currently I can not create a Filter which combines JSD Projects and Jira Projects.
Hope you all get my point. Thank you very much.
Best regards
Hi @Desperado
welcome to the Atlassian Community. What you describe is possible. You can use a board for Jira Service Desk and usual Jira tasks at the same time.
What you need to do is:
Does this work for you?
Cheers,
Matthias.
thank's for your quick reply. I tried to change the filter, but if I add the JQL "project = OurServiceDeskProject" it will be empty.
Do we have to link Jira and JSD somewhere? Those are hosted on different Servers.

Ah, thank you for the pointer that they are on different servers, I was assuming you have both running inside the same Jira which would allow you this kind of integration.
For different servers, I believe there is no standard way to do this. I can think of three possibilities to solve your request right now:

Matthias.
