Hi Team,

Management would like performing a Logical Access Reviews for Jira and are requesting a .csv export to get the info, but I did not see on UI.  Could you please suggest us on this ?

  • Account Name
  • User State (active, inactive, disabled, etc)
  • User Name
  • Email Address
  • Access Permissions (level of access - user, admin, etc.)
  • Account Creation Date Timestamp
  • Last Access Date Timestamp
  • Etc.

We are on jira server 8.20.6 and have JSU, script runner, and JMWE.

Most of this should be reported from your user directory, not from Jira.

But you've got a huge hole in the reporting - you throw in "Access permissions" as a single line, but do you understand that this could land you with tens of thousands of lines of results?  For every user?
