Hi,
In my JIRA there is a custom report called "Time to Resolution", but no Series in it. If I click Add Series, my only options are Created or Resolved or Average Rating. How do I select other Series, the online manual looks to indicate there is a series called Time to Resolution (Avg.) As a result I can't report on average time to close a support request.

Turns out it only appears if you set an SLA. I've figured it out now. Thanks for the reply.

I'm on cloud and can edit and add other series as shown below. You might try to create a new report altogether.
