Is it possible to use JIRA Service Desk only with email channel. Any anonymous user / general public can send a query to JIRA service request - the system should create a request, but don't create them login credentials.
I don't want to create users manually it has to be open for general public, without creation login credentials.

Not without creating at least a customer account. Otherwise, JIRA Service Desk won't know how to handle the response back.
