Dear Sir/Madam
As per subject, the column "due" or "SLA due date" were displaying nothing, please advise on how can we configure it.
Regards
Ken
@Ken Loh -
In addition to what Ajay stated in the original reply. I believe you can use Automation for Jira to create automation rule to populate the Due Date field. By then way, Due Date field is an out of the box system field, so I don't recommend that for you create another custom field to track the due date information.
Here are the reference links on how to use and configure automation rules against your project -
https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-cloud-automation/
https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/what-are-smart-values/
This is a powerful tool which allows you to create automation rule based on triggering event (i.e. issue created), and then you can setup conditions logic, and lastly setup actions to be performed (i.e. update due date field)
Hope this helps.

@Ken Loh ,
Are you sure the values are present for the Request?
It could be the field is not configured in your Issue View. Can you please confirm?

dear Ajay
Thank you for your reply. I have configured the field in View screen and able to view it.
Is there a way to create a due date field that calculate the due date based on SLA?
Example the SLA is 3 days or 24 working hours (8 hours per day), the issue created day is 1st Feb and the due date is 3 Feb.
