I'm trying to enter my customers and it is only allowing me to enter an email. I need to enter customer names and phone numbers, time zones at a minimum. How can I enter this info?

There is currently now way to do this unfortunately.
You could add a couple of custom fields for these items upon creation of a ticket for the customer to fill out.
